Summer, 2003. Crashed out at the CecilFest in Gore, VA - probably some time around 5 AM. It rained for the entire weekend, NON Stop.
I've never seen that much rain come down at a concert, and there was no getting away from it. We finally went on stage around 1:30 in the morning.

I used to do some street busking at this location on 18th Street NW, right next to The Tom Tom Club and a great jazz club
called Columbia Station. Some people from DC can be a little off putting, but not in the Adams Morgan district. A nicer,
groovier eclectic bunch of folks you couldn't ask to meet. This girl Michelle stopped by to play some guitar and
to hang out with us for a while. One time, I was jamming out on "Lazarus", and this local brother comes up and
starts layin' down a real smooth rap. It was going great, and we started drawing a crowd, when up comes this little white
dude from Jersey or somewhere and after watching us play, he just KICKS it into high gear! With his quick staccato,
he reminded me a little of MC Serch, but quicker and way better. The guy shoulda had his own record contract.
When he was done, he just smiled and walked away, leaving me and the dready dude just staring at each other like,

This was taken at the SoundQuilt Music Festival in the Summer of 2003, which brought three of the original members
of Indoe Loop back together. Kenny's on lead guitar. He drove all the way down from NJ just for this show, then turned
around and headed back following our set. Roy Richardson's on bass, kind of hidden in the background. That's Fredo
from Ubiquitone playing the keyboards, and Wayne Eubanks on the skins. Wayne's one of the finest drummers I've had the

This is the Halloween show we did with Ubiquitone, to benefit the White Water Rafting Association. A way happening time.
Ubiquitone went all out with their costumes,and I seem to recall that things got very freaky later on that night.
